Rory James Construction is a building company based in Cambridge. Having starting up as a specialist reinforced concrete business in 2014 as RJ Reinforcements, we have grown to offer a wide range of construction services.
Director, James Wilson has 16 years' experience in the construction industry and his expertise ensure complete trust and excellence in your build.
We offer free quotations and are happy to discuss commercial and domestic projects of any size.
Residential New Build & Extensions
We can manage the build of a new home and if you are thinking of extending your existing home we can do this too, using our expertise to manage and deliver the whole project from start to finish! Commercial / Industrial New Build & Restoration
Rory James Construction can assist you with your farm outbuildings, industrial or commercial units, bringing them back to life with a complete overhaul including replacement and disposal of asbestos roofs. We can also provide various treatment programmes to older commercial roofs to ensure the longevity whilst providing a less invasive process so you can complete business as usual whilst the works are completed.
Reinforced Concrete
Starting as a reinforced concrete specialist in 2014, we are specialists in all aspects of reinforced concrete construction. We provide technical advice for the most cost-effective solution, with the guarantee of a high-quality finished product which meets the specification. We work on all size projects with vast experience in house foundations, concrete slabs, substations, retaining walls, swimming pool tanks and basements.
Basement Construction Specialist
With space in Cambridge being at such a premium, why not make the most of the area of your current home or new build with a basement? We convert existing basements as well as construct new basements. We have created basements varying from small to large, and undertake all concrete works ourselves so be sure to expect 5-star service.
Groundworks
We undertake small domestic groundwork projects to large commercial and industrial projects. We use the latest plant and machinery available to give you the best result in your groundwork requirements. Our groundworks package can include safe site preparation and site clearance, including from demolition sites.
